THE PRACTICE - We are now part of the Saint Thomas Medical Partners - Ascension network

Our Practice

On November 1, 2018; we merged with Saint Thomas Medical Partners/Ascension.  This will allow us to provide the same quality care and friendly faces our patients are used to along with additional resources for exceptional care.

Our practice was established in 1992 in order to offer quality Pulmonary and Critical Care to those patients in the Middle Tennessee area.  We provide full-time intensivist coverage at Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital to patients and their families at their most critical hour of need.  We also provide outpatient office consultation in our new office located in the DePaul building which is adjoining to STRH.

Our services include inpatient and outpatient consultation for acute and chronic lung diseases and related disorders.  We do not offer Primary Care Services.

Pulmonary diseases consist of but are not limited to:  COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), emphysema, asthma, sarcoidosis, bronchitis, pneumonia, pulmonary nodules or masses, pulmonary embolism (blood clots in the lungs), and pleural effusions (fluid in the lung).

Pulmonary Function Testing is administered to the majority of our patients depending on the condition for which we are seeing them for.  We also perform chest x-rays in our office when necessary.

You can reach us at (615) 849-9868  or (800) 695-8647 and by fax at (615) 898-1882. We are looking forward to hearing from you!

If you are not familiar with our practice and your first contact with us is online, we would be pleased to hear from you! Please let us know what your needs and questions are and we will be more than happy to help.
